Why Choose Link, Jacobs & Link DDS for Restorative Dentistry?

Tooth-Colored Fillings

In the past, dentists would use metal fillings to treat cavities that could cause gum discoloration, dental sensitivity, and often resulted in the removal of more natural tooth structure than tooth-colored fillings. Today, we use a biocompatible composite resin that can be custom color-matched to the same shade as your enamel, making them virtually unnoticeable when placed. Not to mention, the resin is able to chemically fuse with your tooth’s enamel, providing the vulnerable inner structure with unmatched protection from harmful oral bacteria.

Dental Crowns

Dental crowns are a versatile restoration that are suggested to aid in a variety of situations, including supporting a badly broken tooth, strengthening a tooth that has a large filling, evening out the appearance of a severely misshapen tooth, and protecting a tooth that has undergone root canal therapy. They can be made from a variety of materials that are custom-shaped to fit over the biting surface of the tooth, including porcelain fused to metal, Emax, porcelain, and gold. Once placed, you’ll be able to rest-easy knowing your tooth is protected.

E4D One-Visit Crowns

Our E4D dental technology allows us to craft and place a customized dental crown from our office in a single, hour-long appointment. We’ll capture a 3D blueprint of your tooth that we’ll transfer to our in-house milling machine. It will than craft it out of a solid porcelain block while we prepare your tooth by removing a small portion of enamel. Once the permanent crown is finished, we’ll cement it onto your tooth. No temporary crown or long waiting period is necessary.
