Why Did You Decide to
Become a Dentist?

Dr. Link literally grew up in a dental office! His dad was a dentist, and young Michael always enjoyed helping him growing up. He was intrigued by how the different procedures worked and loved seeing the end results. Today, his favorite part of his job is still the moment a patient looks at their new smile for the first time in the mirror.

Where Did You Study
Dentistry?

Dr. Link graduated from the University of Richmond before earning his dental degree at the Medical College of VA School of Dentistry. Despite having practiced for decades, he is always eager to learn and expand his skills, which is why he maintains memberships in several professional organizations:

What Do You Like to Do?

Away from work, Dr. Link likes to keep things simple. If he isn’t spending time with his lovely wife, Melissa, or hanging out with his son and daughter, Joe and Megan, you will almost always find him on the golf course. For him, there aren’t enough hours in the weekend to play golf!
